Key Care Property Management was created with a simple belief — exceptional properties deserve exceptional care.
Based on the Costa Cálida in La Manga Club, we provide a boutique property and holiday-rental management service built around personal attention, high standards and genuine care for every home we manage.
Unlike larger management companies, we intentionally maintain a carefully selected portfolio of properties. This allows us to know each property individually, work closely with its owner and provide guests with the level of service and attention to detail we believe makes all the difference.
From preparing a property for its first guest and creating professional listings to dynamic pricing, reservations, guest communication, housekeeping, property checks and ongoing management, everything is carefully coordinated to create a seamless experience for both owners and guests.
For us, property management isn't about managing as many properties as possible. It's about managing the right properties exceptionally well.

Hi, I'm Michelle, founder of Key Care Property Management.
I created Key Care because I wanted to offer something more personal than traditional property management — a service where owners know exactly who is looking after their home and guests feel genuinely looked after from the moment they book.
I’m personally involved in the properties we manage, from the initial setup and presentation through to guest experience and the small finishing touches that turn a beautiful property into a memorable stay.
Living and working here on the Costa Cálida also means I understand the area, the holiday-rental market and what guests are looking for when choosing somewhere special to stay.
For our owners, that means having someone locally who treats their property with care and attention. For our guests, it means having a real person behind their stay should they need anything while they are here.
