Your name, telephone number, email address, booking details, dates of stay, information concerning accompanying guests, communications with us and identification information where required by law.
Payment-related information may also be processed through the payment services used by our booking platform.

- administer and fulfil accommodation reservations;

Payment Information
Online payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Key Care Property Management does not necessarily receive or retain complete payment-card details where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

Where Spanish legislation requires guest information to be registered with the competent authorities, the legally required information will be collected and transmitted for that purpose.
Data Retention
Personal information will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, contractual, accounting, taxation and regulatory requirements.
